Why NYS corporate e-filing keeps getting stuck?

I just used TurboTax to e-file a federal corporate income tax return.  When I moved on to e-file the same corporation's New York State corporate income tax, the system keeps saying it needs more information and guides me back to the return summary without indicating what info it needs from me...  This is quite frustrating

same issue.  Starts transmitting and then says need additional information.  when I go back nothing is missing and the instructions don't specify.  Is there any way I can bypass this and do the e file?
