This is a public user community forum.   We don't know what you mean with your issue unless you explain it in enough detail that people have an idea what you are experiencing.  And what does "AC" mean--or did you use that as an abbreviation for "accepted?"

What exactly are you doing in TurboTax when you see this address rejection?  What is the error message, if any?    Is it a USA address or a foreign address?
