Why my answers are not being saved in the state returns section? I get a 'start' button even though I completed the section instead of a 'revisit' button.

Why my answers are not being saved in the state returns section? I get a 'start' button even though I completed the section instead of a 'revisit' button.

If you are using the online version and are having problems with the program or glitches, please try clearing your cookies and cache.

How to delete cookies. 

If this does not work, I recommend trying another browser and checking your internet connection, ensure you are hardwired.
 

If you are using the CD/Download you will have to save the return yourself by clicking the File menu. If that does not work, try try manually updating the software.
