Okay get it why is your system not allow me to finish?

What is it not letting you do? What happens when you go through the three steps of the FILE section? Where is it giving you trouble?

TurboTax is saying that my refund was successfully submitted & is processing, but the IRS website says my refund hasn’t yet been submitted processed. Is this normal?
