Why isn't Turbotax Online generating a de minimis safe harbor statement to attach to my tax return? I elected to take it through the questions in the schedule c > assets

I've answered to elect to take de minimis safe harbor through the questions in the business income > schedule c > assets by answering the questions that:

1. yes, I have assets that cost less that 2500 and I have an account method to track them.

When going through the guided question flow, I then answer:

1. No I didn't have any improvements to a building

2. Yes, some of my assets were under 2500 and some were over

Then it takes me to my capitalized assets list and then there is a done button.

It doesn't direct me to where to add the de minimis safe harbor expenses and it doesn't generate the required statement that i as a taxpayer am electing to take the de minimis safe harbor titled: "Section 1.263(a)-1(f) de minimis safe harbor election" 

What could I be doing wrong? Is this a common issue?
