Form 4684 is incomplete for filing, why is it incomplete?? do you know what casualty and theft form 4684 Is??

Casualty and Theft losses for tax year 2018 have been removed from the tax code for tax years 2018 thru 2025, unless the loss occurred in a federally-declared disaster area and was directly caused by the disaster.
