Why is turbo tax not allowing me to use It my 2019 earned income on 2020 taxes? Keeps using my 2020 AGI which has my unemployment included

And my unemployment is way more than my earned income in 2019, so it’s giving much less EIC

Both your earned income and your adjusted gross income (AGI) must be less than a certain threshold to qualify for the EITC.  So although the calculation can look back at 2019 earned income your 2020 AGI still applies.
