Why is there is no fix my return link?

I filed an amended for 2022 return and received text notification that it was rejected but no email.  
The help screens all point to a fix my return link, but there isn't one anywhere. The only fix it shows is to download the tax file and the desktop version, which I've done.  That won't work because of the signature date.

Yes, you will need to print, sign, and mail in your 2022 amended return. At this time, 2022 amended returns can't be e-filed through TurboTax Desktop. 

1. Open your TurboTax Desktop software.
2. Open your amended return.
3. Select File toward the upper left corner, then Print.
4. When the Form Selection box comes up, select Specific Forms, and Form Only. 
5. Check the box next to Form 1040-X and any other form that you made a specific change to other than 1040. For example, if you changed the amount of your mortgage interest deduction, you would print Schedule A in addition to Form 1040-X.
6. Select Preview print copy, then Print.

I filed the amended through TT online so I thought it would be no issue.  Trying to close on a house and the bank picked up the error and they want an accepted return by next week.  
The silly part is that it increased my refund by $78; I said I'm happy to donate that to the Treasury.
