Why is there a hold up on my return?

I got an email I will be charged do to a hold or reduction in my return.

An email from whom? Did it relate to your TT fees? The IRS does not send emails.

Maybe it came from Santa Barbra Bank. If you owed them money, they would reduce your refund. Their number is 800-717-7228 .
