Why is the software setting up payment plans when I clearly selected pay by check?

TurboTax is not setting up a payment plan. TurboTax generated 2019 estimated tax forms, 1040-ES. 

• TurboTax automatically generates these forms when you have a balance due.
• If you don't need them, don't print them out. 
• If you printed them out, just shred them.
