Why is the page to enter 1099-r not loading?

I've been trying to load the 1099-r page for over an hour. I tried refreshing the page, clearing my browser/cookies and restarting my computer. All the other pages load fine. Is it a site issue?

I realized that entering 1099-R info into TT could be tidious, confusing, and at times frustrating. I would suggest to 1) scan your forms into PDF files, 2) manually upload those PDF files, and let TT take over from there. Simple, easy, and relaxing. Good luck!
