Why is the AGI being rejected? It is correct and being pulled from the 2019 tax info on this app. what is the issue?

Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file again.

AGI 2019 was wrong and I corrected it but it won't let me continue and re e-file.
