Why is my UT state return not starting?

Many state forms are not ready.  You are trying to start your return very early with software that still needs LOTS of updates.

 

Click on the REVIEW tab to see what it is and when it is estimated to be ready (when operational) ...

Why is my UT state return not starting?

For 2020?  The state programs have not been released yet.
