Why is my return document unable to download, or is downloading into a notepad that is unreadable?

Has anyone else had issues downloading their 2019 tax returns?

If you download the .tax2019 file from your online account to your computer, then you *must* have the CD version of Turbotax 2019 physically installed on your computer in order to open it.

If you download the PDF file, then you can open it with the free Adobe Reader program or Microsoft Edge.

My prior year tax return cannot be downloaded as a PDF. It gives me an error when I try to open it.
