If you received a Form 1099-K from PayPal, you can enter it using the instructions below. If you are getting an error, you can try deleting your Form 1099-K and re-entering it.

If you are using TurboTax Online you can:

  1. Open or continue your return.
  2. Go to 1099-K.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to enter your 1099-K.

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can:

  1. Open or continue your return.
  2. Click on the search icon in the upper right of your TurboTax screen
  3. Enter "1099-K" in the search box
  4. Click on the link "Jump to 1099-K"
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions to enter your 1099-K.

If you need to delete your Form 1099-K to re-enter it you can do the following:

  1. Open/continue your return
  2. Click on "Search
  3. And in the search bar type"1099-K"
  4. Select "Jump to 1099-K"
  5. It'll take you to a screen that shows your Form(s) 1099-DIV that you have entered.
  6. Next to the Form 1099-DIV you want to delete, click on the (down-Facing) caret
  7. Click on the "garbage can" to delete this form
