Why is my ok state being mailed?

If you are not printing and mailing the state tax return to the state, then it is not being mailed.  TurboTax cannot mail the state return for you.

If the status of the state return indicates Ready to Mail then it has not been e-filed.  The state return cannot be e-filed after the federal tax return has been e-filed until the federal return has been accepted by the IRS.

The IRS will not be accepting 2019 tax returns until January 27, 2020
