What does "code" refer to? Are you required to use an IP PIN (Identity Protection PIN)--a 6-digit PIN provided by the IRS to victims of ID theft? If so, you need a new one every year. If that's your situation, did you get your new IP to use this year? It should have arrived in late December or early January in a letter from the IRS, but it can also be retrieved online. We can tell you more once we understand your situation.
If that is your situation, and if you do have your new IP PIN for this year, did you enter it in the IP PIN section of TurboTax? It is not entered in the filing section, but in another topic. We can tell you how, if needed.
