Why is my fileing fee so hi

You are posting from online Deluxe which is currently $$59.99 and state is an additional $44.99. If you pay your fees from your federal refund, there is an additional $39.99 for that optional service. Does this explain the fees?

Deluxe is $59.99, State is also a separate $44.99 in all versions above the Free Edition.
If you select to have the fees deducted from your refund there is an EXTRA $39.99 Refund Processing Service charge ($44.99 for California)

You could have federal $59.99 + state $44.99 = $104.98 Or you could have $59.99+$44.99+$39.99 = $144.97 ($149.97 Calif)
Plus any Sales Tax.
