Why is my control number being rejected?

I have entered in my control number exactly as it is on my W-2 form and it wont let me move on to import the information. It's telling me a value is required when one has been entered.

Be sure your control number is formatted exactly how it appears on your W-2, which includes dashes and spaces.

Can you fix my situation and get my my 2025 return. Through a verification, I was told I wrote wrong number down. I was labeled id theft and that was it, no return.
