Are you referring the the WMR (Where's my Refund) website for the IRS?

    Thanks for your reply , I am referring about a bar that is in the home page of the turbo tax app for IPhone , the bar is located under the big number with the amount of your return my bar is middle full and it just say federal and states accepted on January 27 . 
    why is the bar middle full what this indicates and when should move. Thanks for your time .
