why is my 1095-a not being accepted?

for the months of jan and dec my 1095-a is listing 0 for all three collumns but the system is not accepting 0 as an entry

Leave all columns A-C on the Jan and Dec lines completely blank; delete any zeros there.   You should only have entries in columns A-C on lines Feb-Nov.   

For any month you have an amount in column A, you have to have a positive amount in column B, and any amount (including $0) in column C.   If there is no amount (or $0) in column A, leave all columns blank for that line.
