What product are you using?   If you are using Free Edition, an upgrade to PLUS (19.99) is required for phone support.   All paid editions have phone support.

Or are you using Online TurboTax with the upgraded feature TurboTax Live product which has live on-demand access to a CPA/EA tax pro?    If so, we can tell you how to get the live tax expert help.

You can also ask a question in this forum, which is often faster.  Here's where you can start a thread on the topic of your issue.   If you have an account-specific fee issue, however, you'll need to phone TurboTax Support.

When you go to the form at the link, the first box is for a summary of your question, like a title, and is limited to 170 characters..  If you need more room, lower on the form you will come to another box with plenty of room to enter details.  This is a public Internet forum, so don't post any personal info.
