Why is it saying my ssn is wrong when its not?

Check the Social Security Number you entered in the MY INFO section, to be sure it matches the SSN on your W-2. The MY INFO entries are what is on the 'Federal Information Worksheet'. You could try to delete/re-enter your SSN in this section.

I re-entered it & its telling me the employee ssn & federal ssn dont match but they're right by each other & are exactly the same
