I tried to e-file my taxes again today and it still will not go through . 

So are you going to be able to file them or am I going to have take them some other place?

The tax year 2021 transmissions are available, this message is because your state returns are not ready yet. To fix this, e-file your Federal return and change the filing method to file your state later.
