Tax Year Prior to 2020: Why is GA not accepting efile until 2/3/2020?

Wrong: Turbo Tax is not set up to efile Georgia Business tax forms. Although I paid the $50 to file, I was told they are not yet set up to be able to file and they would let me know when that is ready. It has been 5 days now and not only no follow up from Turbo Tax but I cannot find anyway to find any answer on Turbo Tax's Website. And, Not explanation as to why.

TurboTax can most certainly e-file Georgia Business forms.  However, the forms have to be finalized before they can be filed.
