Why i'm not able to e-file my return

The Turbo Tax program should tell you the reason that you are unable to e-file; oftentimes, 1 or more of your forms are not yet available or 1 or more of your forms are not eligible for e-file and must be mailed (just a few examples). I was not able to process my state e-file because I use NordVPN and it was on at the time I tried to file. Once I disconnected the VPN I could finish the e-file.
