Why hasn't my CO return been received after 10 days?

I e-filed 10 days ago and my Federal form was accepted within 24 hours. My CO status is still: "Return Not Yet Received or Not Yet Processed". How long do I wait before I start thinking something is wrong? And who do I follow up with if it gets to 15 or 20 days?
