Why has the state decided I now owe a bunch of taxes when I was suppose to get a refund?

For several years now I have not received my state refund, they continuously zero out my tax forms. This year they have apparently decided my EIC was wrong and now say I owe triple what I was suppose to get back.

No one in the user forum has access to your information or your tax returns.  TurboTax gets no information from the IRS or from your state after you file your tax return, so no one knows what the state changed or what mistake they may have found on your tax return.  Only the state can tell you.    The state should send a letter that explains what they changed.  Or you can contact your state.
