TurboTax 2021
When applying updates on this one system, it failed and locked up. Said to go to manila updates which I did but when staring TurboTax, it still went to "Checking for updates" and hung. This technical issue should have been resolved early on. I had to install the software on another system (laptop) to file my taxes. Unacceptable.
