Why don't I have a tool menu in my left hand corner

To open your Tool Center, you need to first be in your Tax Home.  When you select your Tax Home, you need to have something open for your Tool Center to appear.   Here is how:

1. Select Tax Home,
2. Select Personal Info,
3. Select Continue,
4. Scroll down on the left side of your screen to see Tax Tools,

Your links and advice were not helpful. I have no tool menu's to delete the 1095-A form on my tax return. We have no 1095 -A forms. Stop asking people to complete it. If you want customers to enjoy your service, then free means free. Maybe next year we would use you even with an upgrade. Not now though. You're service is terrible.

It appears that you have the Online TurboTax product (if not, see below).

Regina's description shows you how to get to the Tax Tools she refers to.

However, it is important that you actually be in your return (that is why she mentioned Tax Home). Click on Tax Home or otherwise get to the data entry pages for your return, and Tax Tools will be visible on the left, as her screenshots show.

If, however, you are actually using the "desktop" product (i.e., the software from a CD or a download), then the Tax Tools link will not be there.

Instead, go to Forms mode (upper right once you are in your tax return), scroll down on the list of forms, select the form you want, then at the bottom of the page view of that form, there is a Delete Form button.
