I am having the same problem!
If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.
See the following TurboTax Help articles for potential fixes:
You should probably be more specific than "try a different browser". Last year, it would ONLY work with Microsoft Edge (not Chrome or FireFox or DuckDuckGo). I have not tried yet this year.
Note: I did not have to switch my default browser from Chrome back to Edge - I merely had to open the Microsoft Edge browser and login to my EJ account, then switch back to TurboTax Desktop and proceed with the import while the Edge was still open (however, I did not have any Chrome windows open either). After importing, I just closed the Edge browser and resumed everything else as usual.
I would venture a huge guess that this has to do with how the TurboTax↔EJ interface driver within TurboTax Desktop was developed (and perhaps by whom). And it is a bit surprising that, one year later, it's still the same even though it clearly has presented a problem for a number of people! Also, Chrome is still the leading browser on Microsoft Windows (much to the dismay of Microsoft) so one would think the leading tax software company would make sure their software correctly worked with it... C'est la vie...
Please be more specific! Did you read the entire post? Have you tried the methods suggested? Are you using the TurboTax Desktop application or TurboTax Online?
