I don't get any error message. The screen just freezes.
Okay. This is going to sound crazy, but try this. Sign out of your TurboTax account. Clear your browsing history, clear the cache, and delete cookies. Then sign back into your TurboTax account and see if you can complete your filing. You may even try a different browser.
I already tried that and it didn't solve the problem. I finally tried deleting all the information (an option in the "Tools" menu at the left of the screen), reentered all the information, and it finally worked.
If I experience this glitch next year, I'll just use another tax preparation program instead of wasting any more time.

The same thing is happening to me. When I only when I review vehicle expenses. other expenses are working.
How do I edit this directly on the schedule C without buying turbotax for business since I am now out of business

You can also try deleting the form and adding it again.
I just had the same issue. After clearing cache and cookies and nothing working, I was able to sign in using my phone with no freezing.
