Why does the prior year tax info not delete when you start over?

The uploaded prior year tax info does not delete when you delete current year entry and start over.  I have tried and called for help and the uploaded prior year data will not delete.

You would need to set up a New Account with a Different User ID and Password to not have your 2017 automatically transfer over to your 2018 return.
