You enter most medical information in Federal and it then transfers information to State.
Is it Federal or State data that is not aligning with your entries?
Is it W2 information or your entered medical deductions, or ....
Without giving private information, you need to clarify your issue.
It may be because the Smart Check adjusts the difference between the posting of the expenses and the ultimate deduction.
