Why does Smart Check no align with my entries?

Why does Smart Check NOT align with my entries for Medical Deductions?

More detail is needed.

You enter most medical information in Federal and it then transfers information to State.

Is it Federal or State data that is not aligning with your entries?

Is it W2 information or your entered medical deductions, or ....

Without giving private information, you need to clarify your issue.

I am all set. I didn't expect that medical insurance premiums would be included in the sum.

It may be because the Smart Check adjusts the difference between the posting of the expenses and the ultimate deduction.

You can only deduct the amount of your medical and dental expenses that is more than 7.5% of your AGI.
