Why does my second stimulus check say they need more information or I'm not eligible?

You would have to call the IRS at 1-800-919-9835 to determine what the problem is with your stimulus payment. Also, if you do not receive it by the time you file your tax return for 2020, you can enter it on your tax return and receive it as part of your refund.
