why does my return state im getting a refund of $1384? is that after turbo tax deducts $79 for processing fees?

If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees from your federal refund, look at line 35a of your Form 1040.  Does that line show $1384?     That is the federal refund that the IRS should issue.   But if you chose "refund processing" subtract $79 from that---you will end up with $1305.   We cannot see your tax return, so we do not know where you are finding the amounts you mentioned.
