I called Turbotax, worked with someone for about 15 minutes, they put me on hold and them somehow we got disconnected... grrrr...
I called back, spent a hour or so with someone else, they logged into my Turbotax on my computer and checked everything, put me on hold for a while, and their conclusion is I need to print my CA return and snail mail it in. Apparently the problem is not fixable.
I then asked about the $20 I've already paid for the CA e-file, and they said it was to download CA?? what? The version of TT I purchased comes with a free state, then I pay per e-file...
After some back and forth she told me how to apply for a refund... we'll see if that ever happens.
So frustrated...
That is very odd.. I resubmitted mine on the 26th after the updates were installed and the return was accepted after a few days. Then I received my refund shortly after. Sorry to hear you are still having issues.
