Why does it show on the menu screen on the top left federal return 0 my income tax is still approved and the blue bar is full but when i click on the menu icon on the top left it say Fed return 0 and

If you are using the TurboTax app, once you file your return the refund meter resets to $0 - this does not affect your refund which will be the same number that displayed before your return was Accepted. 

You can see the original numbers by logging into TurboTax using your device's mobile browser rather than the app - the app has just cleared itself in case you wish to file another return (such as for a friend or family member.)
