Why does it say SSN doesn't match w2 when it does?

You should make sure that your social security matches what is showing in TurboTax and what is showing on all of your tax documents.  To check your social security number as listed in TurboTax, 

1. While in your Tax Home,
2. Select Personal Info,
3. Select Review/Edit,
4. Scroll down until you see your name,
5. You will see your social security number on this screen,
6. If it is incorrect, select Edit.
