Why do I keep getting an error?

I have entered all my personal data and I'm ready to enter self employment data and I get an error. I can't find the error. Where do I find the error?

    Please clarify the exact error message you are seeing from TurboTax. Also, which version of TurboTax are you using: TurboTax Online or TurboTax for Desktop? Windows or Mac? If Online, which browser?

    I bought the self-employment online version. Chrome browser. Windows10

    It said "Oops we encountered an error. try going back to the interview and navigate past the step where you encounter the error." I went back several times only to see that there were no errors in my data in the interview and I have no way to move forward. Please help.
