This exact circumstance is happening to me, also. It is occurring when I attempt to import from National Financial Services. It has not occurred in past years. In speaking with them, a WealthScape account pertains to a specific type of account (and I do not have that account type). I believe Turbo Tax needs to revise the import logic so that imports will work for all types of National Financial Services accounts.
There was an update last night that MAY have solved your issue. Make sure you have the most updated software and try again.
This happened to me and here is what I did. For some odd reason if you start with Interest Income, enter your financial institution and try to use their login, you get that Wealthscape question. BUT if you start with Investment Income/Stocks etc., it takes you to a new window and lets you log into your institution as in past years. It will go back and fill in Interest and Dividend Income too. I think its a bug that hopefully TT will fix but that's the workaround.
