Florida has no state income tax.  Did you miss the screen that told you that?  Contact customer support if you were charged for a state return.

You can just ignore the Florida return; it will have absolutely no impact on your federal return.

As @xmasbaby0 mentioned, contact Support if you were charged for the Florida return.
