The personal exemption amounts (amounts subtracted from your income) have been suspended for tax year 2018 through 2025 as part of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. 

The Standard Deduction has been greatly increased, so your tax liability might be similar to last year, but you won't know until you enter everything into the program, and you won't see any change as you enter dependents.
