did you buy the premier desktop s/w from Costco which you need to download and install on your machine, but instead found the page for the 'online' version which has the different pricing tiers etc?

you need to download and install the s/w from here, and when you run it you will asked for your license code that you should have from Costco

note - when you first activate it you will also get an offer to switch to online for no additional cost to help the people still on Win 10, but you can just say no to that.
