Why did TurboTax charge me 5999 when they quoted me 3999 when I started my income tax

The early discounted prices ended on Feb 28. On March 1 they increased to full price and a state return is now 39.99 up from 36.99.

You could have paid the 39.99 early to lock it in.  They sent out emails warning of the price increase.
