Why did the IRS return my refund twice for the same issue which I fixed the first time

SS # number put in incorrectly on one of my dependents. I fixed and resubmitted and it was returned ago for the same issue which is corrected

You have another error somewhere else to be fixed.

No the error was the same with the same code. I verified and resubmitted
