why did sbtpg say my refund was less than what the irs said they deposited

i looked at my transcripts on the irs website in my account and know what they deposited after my taxes were paid but on sbtpg they say it is 554 less..i double checked my transcripts and nothing else was taken out...what did they do with my money

Do you learn anything when you use the SBTPG's lookup tool on their website?  Choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:
https://www.sbtpg.com/

SBTPG also has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours.  Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as above.
