Why did my refund go to SBTPG when i paid my fees upfront?

Check your Filing Instructions page of your saved return.  If you used SBTPG when you filed last year, and did not change your bank info in the File interview, it may have defaulted to it.

Also i was told so they can take out their fees. I paid already so what are they talking?

If you have verified it is not any of the above scenarios, please reach out to the third-party processor, SBTPG.  You can do this on their Help page.  You can call using the numbers listed or scroll down on the page and click Submit A Request.  

On this public forum, we do not have detailed information about refund processing.

I used Turbo Tax yall connected with SBTPG. I paid yall my filing fees. Why is there more fees coming out? Is this why y’all are being sued?
