If you're looking to download your past tax returns, and have filed with TurboTax last year (or in years past), you can access your past tax return information in Tax Home.

purchased 2019 Home and Business on October 25, 2019 , order number QSTCA121342075 and have not gotten the down load.

Next you should have posted your question in a new thread ... you have been adding to OLD posts and you are lucky anyone saw them.
Lastly ... to your issue ...
New this year …. You get a code to install the CD which will also let you download the program so you don't need to call in anymore if you don't have a CD drive.

And, if using a Windows computer...you can't download it using IE11 (no download button). Use either the EDGE or Chrome browsers.
Did you purchase a download from TurboTax? If so, you can re-download it.

If the download file isn't there, then look to see if you have multiple accounts (User IDs), and if the download might be in another account. To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below. Try using your phone number first. Once you know all of your User IDs, then try each one at the download link I provided above.
NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number and each email address you have, then run the tool yet again, but this time choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
I purchased Home and Business from Best Buy. The CD couldn't address so I tried the download. I put in all of the information but I stillcan't get the download for 2019 Home and Business.
