Why can't I submit my taxes until 2/3/2020?

Click on the Review tab. The forms and/or schedules included with your tax return that have not been finalized will be shown with the estimated availability dates.

The same thing is happening to me, when someone who lives in the same state as me has already filed and been accepted. I went to the Review tab and it didnt show any dates. Whats going on?
